If you upload text, images, or video to the website in furtherance of a contract, we will make copies. It is often necessary to make several copies of various sizes and resolutions during the design process. When the project is complete, all copies save the ones used in the final production, are destroyed.

We consider your data to be business intellectual property, and as such, they are not made available to anyone. The only exceptions to this are in the case of a warrant or legal request, or if you request it. 

We share no data with advertisers, and our website carries no third-party advertising.

 

How Long We Retain Your Data

For clients with whom we have a contract, we store the personal information they provide in their client profile; the minimum amount of data needed to maintain the contract. Once a contract has concluded, these data are stripped of non-essential elements before archival. The archive will be kept indefinitely. These data are the minimum we need to keep for legal reasons. We also keep a backup of any work we create for our clients. Clients can request copies of the backups, and they have the option of requesting that we destroy the backup.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

f you are, or have been, a client of ours, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Are Sent

For visitors submitting form data, those data may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
